August Burrows is an accomplished HR, payroll, and people operations leader whose experience spans startups, rapidly growing companies, mid-sized organizations, and large enterprise environments.
Throughout her career, August has led HR operations, payroll administration, HR technology implementations, process-improvement initiatives, compliance programs, shared services, and organizational transformation efforts across multiple industries.
She has partnered with executive leadership teams to solve complex operational challenges while building practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, support employees, and enable sustainable growth.
